assuming that you have a twin turbo (3.69 final drive) 5 speed:
1st 3.21
2nd 1.93
3rd 1.30
4th 1.00
5th 0.75

Rear tire size 245/45/16

The formula is:

[Engine RPM X Tire Circumference (in feet)] DIVIDED BY [ Gear Ratio X Final Drive X 88]

So if you're figuring top speed...
Tire Circumference of a 245/45/16 is 6.47 Feet
Top Gear is 0.75
Final Drive is 3.69

Assuming you have a 7000 RPM limit..

[ 7000 X 6.47] DIV [ 0.75 X 3.69 X 88 ] = 185.965 MPH -> gearing limited
